W&J Construction is undertaking large expansion program throughout Vancouver Island with primary focus in Langford Region comprised of multiple Medium-Large Multifamily & Commercial Construction Development projects. Our continued growth and expansion have created need to add General Labourer(s) to our team.
Our General Labourer(s) primarily are responsible to take charge of the daily site clean-up, support material loading and unloading and assist general installations under supervision of the Project Site Superintendent.
Since, W&J is committed to retention and development of our teams, this role is designed for long-term growth and development for future opportunities within our company.
Ideal Candidate:
- 0-2 years experience in Construction Industry; Experience not necessary but appreciated
- 18 years and older
- Great “Can do” team player attitude.
- Desire to grow and develop.
Compensation:
- Regular Full-time Hours; flexible for temporary summer employment
- Salary range between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour; Rate based on experience
