General Labourer – Weld Shop

Easy-Kleen Pressure Systems Ltd. is currently looking for a motivated individual for the position of General Labourer - Weld Shop. This individual must have the ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively with other employees.

Working Hours: Full-time positions working 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and overtime as needed on occasion.

To sweeten the deal we offer coffee and donuts on Fridays and employee appreciation lunches.

General laborers must have physical strength and hand-eye coordination. Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential. Some tools and machines are computerized, requiring technical knowledge.

The candidates must have the following skills:

• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure for calculating material measurements and verifying specifications

• Ability to follow blueprints/drawings to meet product specifications

• Ability to work independently when needed without direct supervision and remain on task

• Ability to communicate and work well with others, understand directions and communicate them with others, as well as understand the job tasks and instructions given.

• Physical requirement to lift 50 lbs and be able to work while kneeling, crouching, or from a ladder.

• Knowledge of power tools, general construction equipment

• Able to work in a quick turnaround production environment

• Rigging, moving, marking, and cutting steel

• Accurately measure dimensions and assure the quality of work produced

• Assemble parts
