Duties include;
washing of floors, vacuuming hallways, emptying & cleaning of garbage bins, upkeep of outside & inside doors, washing of interior & exterior of windows, carpet cleaning, cleaning of AC/Heating filters & bathroom fans, reprogramming of key locks (trained by Rotel), ensuring Fire Alarm System is functioning & all exit signs are lit up & functional, light repairs to toilets (major repairs done by Plumbers) as well as other related duties.
