Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will create digital materials across all platforms for the company. This individual will use extensive knowledge of specialized design concepts, media, and software tools to develop comprehensive layouts and the production of marketing collateral.

Specific Job Duties

• Design electronic marketing materials for websites and other channels.
• Create and produce social media images and email designs
• Work with content teams and marketing personnel to support asset creation
• Plan production schedules and workflow for the entire design process.
• Integrate multimedia concepts with technical graphic design elements, as appropriate
• Develop content based on platform specifications and requirements
• Participate in marketing strategic planning meetings on a project-by-project basis
• Coordinate and maintain a library of graphic and media content
• Where necessary, write and edit marketing copy, Web copy, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of direct work experience as a graphic designer
• Proficient experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Well-versed in the latest graphic design methods, practices, techniques, and associated principles
• Solid design and conceptual skills
• Strong knowledge of page layout and photographic requirements
• Strong knowledge of printing/publishing procedures and standards
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
