The Role.

  • Responsible for executing the design and creation of on-site marketing POS materials. Some examples include: restaurant, events, tasting bar menus. Online, social media and print ads. Brochures, posters, product cards, tent cards, feature cards, banners, backer cards, neck tags, shelf talkers, event tickets, and winery signage.
  • Responsible executing the design and creation of POS materials for most national and provincial in-market marketing campaigns provided to our distributors. Some examples include: banners, backer cards, neck tags, shelf talkers, menus, invitations, order sheets, sell sheets, and print ads.
  • Shaping, applying and preserving the integrity of brand guidelines across both print and digital.
  • Work with commercial print vendors to quote, proof and deliver final products.
  • Source printing methods/quotes for materials, execute print jobs and coordinate the delivery between agency, winery and relevant departments.
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing team with materials for use on winery websites, webstores, restaurant software to ensure preservation and integrity of each wineries’ brand principles in all forms of images, impressions and communications including online ordering.
  • Supporting the Brand Innovation and Operations teams with label updates, in-market and on-site packaging, and innovation projects.

What you’ll bring.

  • Degree or diploma in Fine Arts Design, New Media or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional commercial design experience; experience in a winery is preferred
  • Efficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. XD and Dimension an asset)
  • Basic knowledge of web applications: ActiveCampaign, WineDirect, Bynder, Bynder Workflow and other site marketing apps
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools there within: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc.
