Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport Leduc, AB
We are actively looking for an energetic, motivated & empowered Guest Service Agent/ Night auditor to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport in Leduc.
Duties:
· Deliver exceptional guest experience
· Answer telephones
· Check-in and check-out guests
· Balancing the day’s revenue; Complete required paperwork
· Prepare breakfast
· Maintain 24 hour coffee bar
· Maintain a clean and organized work space
· Adhere to all Covid-19 protocols as set out by the organization and/or AHS
· Perform light housekeeping & cleaning of front desk and lobby area
· Wash, Dry and fold in house laundry. (bed linens, towels, face cloths, Etc.)
· Complete required training
· Teamwork
· Work with minimal supervision
· Other duties Assigned
Qualifications:
*Hotel and franchise experience considered an asset
* Must be available for weekends & holidays
*Excellent communication (verbal & written), telephone and interpersonal skills
*Excellent computer skills
* Problem-solving skills are required
* Have a vast understanding of Recognition, Empowerment & Empathy.
* Work within a structured schedule, based on a long term commitment
* Have Fun

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leduc, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
