The Guest Services Associate provides a high level of customer service to ensure all guests stopping by the Snow Central office in Calgary and all guests calling the main line are provided with a welcoming experience.
This job might be right for you if you enjoy:
- Providing outstanding customer service to all walk-in guests and telephone inquiries
- Assisting guests with their reservations at Sunshine Mountain Lodge – Banff’s only Mountain-top hotel
- Understanding all the packages and promotions available and assisting guests with purchasing the experience and passes that best suit their needs
- Assist the Calgary retail and sales operations teams when needed
- Customer Service/hospitality experience
- The passion to assist guests with creating their magical Banff adventure
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Availability & flexibility in schedule for all shift work including weekends
