Head Lice Removal Consultant/Customer Service Job at Lice Squad

Consultants perform lice removal services in schools, camps, client’s homes, and Lice Squad local clinics. They are trained in Lice Squad’s specialized Mucci Method program and certified to conduct lice removal using special tools and products.
We are searching for an individual who enjoys working with families and children to work in our local clinic in the Barrie location, while also being available to provide mobile in-home service to local clientele or schools and agencies as required.
This position, while not providing service to customers, we monitor incoming calls for service via phone and computer and schedule appointments accordingly, provide assistance to clients for questions or product purchases.
Hours are two evenings per week plus one weekend shift - shifts are 4-8 hours in length.
Training provided
We require the following:
- Reliable transportation
- A smart phone or tablet
- Computer savvy
- Eligible to obtain police vulnerable sector screening
- Compassion, patience, confidentiality and reliability
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others
- Preferred backgrounds in health care, hair care, or personal support
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
