Kelly is now hiring! Our client located in Regina, SK hiring a Human Resources Administrator for a 3 -5 month temporary assignment. If you have exceptional attention to detail, strive for quality results, and enjoy working closely with a team, then you’re the best person for this job!

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00/hour

Please note; this is a temporary position, but with exceptional work performance the company may consider hiring the right candidates as full-time employees once they gain experience in the role.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel SharePoint, and Workday
  • Processing security clearance requirements as per AAFC guidelines (follows a 6-step process)
  • Working with confidential employee data and documents
  • Scanning and uploading hard copy certificates
  • Running reports from Workday periodically to update/inform progress
  • Respond to employee questions/inquiries as required

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience or a similar role
  • Post-Secondary Education ( business, human resources, administration, or equivalent)
  • Bilingual, ability to communicate in French and English is an asset
  • Proficient with SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn and take constructive feedback
  • Organizational skills and ability to assess priorities, work independently to meet required deadlines with conflicting demands and changing priorities
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Must be able to maintain sensitive and confidential information
