PeopleFind In. has been commissioned to find a high energy and results focused individual to fill the role of Senior (2 needed) and General HVAC Installer (1 needed) in Sault Ste. Marie area.

The employer is a supplier of home heating, cooling, hot water, water purification and plumbing products and services. Your role will be to provide professional HVAC Installation services to residential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installing HVAC equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

Ensuring the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instructing customers on proper care and maintenance.

Creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products and services.

Demonstrating your ability to communicate and problem solve to ensure customer satisfaction.

Willingness to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.

Through your positive actions to reinforce the company's positive brand image in the Sault Ste. Marie area.

REQUIREMENTS:
Boiler experience required in Toronto.

Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Must have Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license.

Must have 313d or 313a license or be close to obtaining it. The employer would prefer if the potential candidate already has their 313D license, but if not, some who has enough hours in order to obtain their 313d license in the near future may be acceptable.

Must have a valid ODP certificate.

Must adhere to all safety rules.

Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.

Must be able to explain the benefits of newer high efficient equipment to the customer.

Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.

Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License.

Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.

Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.

Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).

Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform.

COMPENSATION:
Lucrative - that is, make very good money! Salary is based on an hourly rate. Base annual salary on a standard work week is 37.5 hours works out to $67,100 plus. A commission is paid on labour billed. Overtime is available. Plus company paid for vehicle and expenses, comprehensive benefits and group savings plan.
