Immigration Law Clerk - Portuguese/Spanish Speaking Job at Mac Immigration Canada
We are looking for a Law Clerk who is fluent in English, Portuguese and/or Spanish. This professional will be responsible to:
- Fill application forms;
- Stay abreast of any changes in immigration law, regulations, and policies;
- Assist our staff on complex work permits, visa and/or express entry immigration applications;
- Maintain case management database;
- Knowledge of visas, work permits, admissibility issues and IRCC procedures;
- Direct client contact-phone calls and emails.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
