Job Description:
We are searching for an Industry Services Sales and Business Lead that will be responsible for maximizing sales, profitability and customer satisfaction focusing on Field Services opportunities within the installed base of Variable Speed Drives, PLCs and HMIs nationally.

He/ She
will develop business leveraging Schneider’s installed base and service offerings within all accounts as well as develop & implement a strategic business plan to maximize the opportunities.

He/ She
will develop relationships and promote a solution approach to key consultants, contractors and end users including all Schneider products, solutions and services while working with other SE entities for cross selling opportunities to achieve the Field Services orders target.

He /She
will assist in the management and pre-sales activities for field services projects and develop strategies for growth in the Drives, PLCs and HMIs service market to build a sustainable project pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote the complete Field Services offer, identify, and develop opportunities for Start-up services, maintenance contracts, Spare parts packages, On Demand services and Modernizations of both our installed base and competitors.
  • Develop a tactical customer action plan to maximize the opportunities across the National Market.
  • Develop relationships and promote a solution approach to key consultants, contractors and end users including all Schneider products, solutions, and services.
  • Assist, when necessary, with tender preparation as required, as well in the pre-sales support and management for Field services projects.
  • Attend and participate in promotional events, industry seminars and trade show.
  • Work towards improving quality of forecasting and maintaining BFO.
  • Manage and control support function costs in line with targets, develops monthly/quarterly forecasts.
  • Develop and deploy the market segment action plan in conjunction with offer development and marketing.
  • Promote an environment of innovation and change, and actively seek to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Maintains and encourages appropriate communications and cooperation.
  • Understands and implements company HSE policies, actively encourages a safety and environmentally conscious workplace and strives to find new ways of improving the work environment.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement of work practices and processes.
Qualifications and Skills required:
  • Business or electrical engineering qualification or any related field, and 10 years of experience in BD/sales as well projects sales, account management, tender experiences.
  • Have demonstrable experience in sales and business development through consultative selling.
  • Specific industry knowledge of variable speed drive systems essential.
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving, Negotiation and strong business development skills.
