D2C Customer Service Representative

Fiberbuilt Golf needs an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves processing orders for our golf course and retail clients and providing general customer service activities when required. This includes answering phone calls and responding to emails. You will handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and duties

· Answer incoming phone calls

· Respond to customer submissions from our website and social media

· Process orders and provide customer service for select retail partners and golf facilities

· Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

· Capture customer information, including email address and phone numbers, for future follow up into salesforce.com

· Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

Qualifications and skills

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 2+ years inside sales experience or customer service experience (inbound)

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Familiarity with Salesforce.com & Office 365

· Golf industry knowledge & experience is strongly preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
