IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician

Position Summary:

MISTRAS Group is seeking IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician, local to Red Deer, to support a project in Red Deer area, Alberta.

The successful candidates will focus heavily on job site safety, exceeding client expectations. boosting team member performance, and upholding company (and client) policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Key accountabilities include:

· Provide exemplary customer service and support that reflect integrity, collaboration, teamwork, respect, and timely follow-through to customers and teammates

· Adhere to the scope and technique standards associated with IRATA certification

· Adhere to MISTRAS/RAC Rope Access procedures for all rope access projects

· All other related duties as required to provide a safe, efficient and quality service to our client

Physical Job Demand:

· Ability to lift and carry 55 pounds

Qualifications, Experience and Skills(may alter by work location and/or project):

· IRATA Level 3 certification

· Rope Access experience in an industrial setting preferably within the Oil and Gas industry

· CSTS 09 or BSO

· Confined Space

· Standard First Aid

· WHIMIS 2015

· Mask Fit

· Valid Driver's License, 3 year driving abstract, criminal background check, pre-employment Drug & Alcohol and mask fit tests are required.
