Kitchen Manager - Wetaskiwin Job at Smittys Restaurant - Wetaskiwin
Our company is seeking a Kitchen Manager who is both a self-starter and a team-player. You will work closely with both food preparation staff, as well as our executive staff, to manage the overall restaurant operations. This position requires strong communication skills. The successful candidate will have at least two years of kitchen management experience and will have a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menu items.
- Plan menu for the day.
- Coordinate kitchen staff.
- Oversee the food quality and presentation.
- Handle complaints from patrons.
- Supervise kitchen staff and act as a liaison between them and the kitchen management team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
