What you will do:
· Assist our litigation team with personal injury files including:
· Organizing and assembling application packages
· Filing, faxing, scanning, and copying
· Assisting with routine correspondence (prepare and type correspondence, pleadings, etc.)
· Arranging for court filing of documents
· Following up with medical clinics, insurance companies on files status
· Inputting reminders, updates, and saving correspondence
· Handling clients’ relations and provide exceptional customer service experience to all clients
· Performing other administrative tasks as required
You have:
· 1-2 years experience as a Legal Assistant
· Experience drafting affidavits of records, requesting documents from third parties, diarizing files
· Diploma from an accredited legal assistant program or equivalent
· Ability to work independently and as part of team
· Attention to detail is crucial for this role
· Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications.
This is an onsite position.

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
