About the role:

Our Lot Porters operate tow our inventory or RVs carefully and methodically ensuring all units are moved safely, without incurring damage, resulting in an organized, and well-merchandised yard. This position requires moderate physical demands including walking, sitting, standing, and working outside.

Are you patient, diligent, and a cooperative team player? If you enjoy working individually to support the goals of your team and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and your attention to detail and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping!

The successful candidate must be available to work days, occasional evenings, and Saturdays, but never Sundays!

As a Lot Porter, you’ll be responsible for:

• Moving RV units around the yard in a safe and attentive manner
• Performing maintenance duties on the tractor (for example, oil changes)
• Maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the yard
• Some general cleaning duties

About you:

• You're focused on job knowledge and expertise, being helpful, supportive, and collaborative
• You prefer a structured work environment, where you are able to perform routine work and make decisions based on established processes and policies
• You're patient, consistent, and methodical in your approach to work
  
• You're comfortable with highway driving
• You've towed before (a strong asset)
