You will be part of our operating company, focused on developing a core foundation of tools and building MVP candidates to validate product ideas so we can transform these ideas into new business ventures. You will have the opportunity to research and develop ground-breaking solutions to open problems working alongside a skilled team of Machine Learning Engineers and Software Developers.

Our new Machine Learning Engineers will:

• Build. Build. Build. And Fast. Research and implement suitable algorithms for a range of tasks to build advanced dialogue systems for domain-specific question answering.
• Research. Help guide the research path for solving audacious, open problems.
• Take it to Production. Work with the broader engineering team to productize and deploy AI models into early production environments to prove feasibility and add value to each customer’s business.
• Be in the Know. Remain up to date with the latest developments in generative AI.

Our new Machine Learning Engineer has:

• Start-up DNA. The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, pre-product market-fit software company, where you can evolve and iterate quickly and effectively.
• Education or Know-How. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar field.
• The Build Experience. You bring 3+ years of hands-on machine learning experience developing high-quality, production-ready AI solutions.
• Deep Learning Expertise. Proficiency with Python, most notably experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch.
• A Diversified Stack. Professional experience with technical tools and software spanning the entire technology stack for software applications, such as those listed below:
  
  Containers: Docker
  Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, AWS ECS, etc.
  Distributed ML & Orchestration: Ray
  CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions / GitLab Pipelines
  Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, etc.
  Database: NoSQL, MongoDB, AWS S3, RDS, Postgres, Vector DBs
  Logging: Redis, Fluentd, etc.
  Experiment Tracking: MLFlow, Weights and Biases
  Monitoring: AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.
