The Company: Soprema is offering the opportunity for one person to join its team as a machine op in training. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate. The Position: As Machine Op in Training you are responsible for learning how to run and perform well on the machine while also learning the various other positions. Successful candidates must possess at least 2 years experience in a manufacturing and/or processing environment. You have leadership experience. Key attributes include troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, attention to detail, good organizational abilities, take responsibility for your actions, and positive attitude. Most importantly, you are a team player with a good work ethic and dedication to health and safety and quality.
Must be able to work rotating shifts.
