POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Norgate located at 1285 Rue Décarie, Saint-Laurent, QC, is pleased to welcome a golden clientele. The maintenance manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of housekeeping attendants, managing requisitions and ensuring the custody of the buildings at all times. He performs various works related to the maintenance of the building and the management of maintenance and renovation projects.
We are currently looking for the rare pearl to fill the position of maintenance manager for our building. Emphatic person, unifying, autonomous and having the taste to accomplish himself as a manager in his own right.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the work of the service and maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards
- Ensure the efficiency of operational processes and the quality of services to residents
- Ensure the management of the equipment inventory
- Ensure the updating and maintenance of the knowledge and skills of his team
- Manage requisitions
- Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants and ensure that they run smoothly
Construction
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
