Maintenance Team Member Job at Vintage Hotels
Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform the day-to-day general maintenance of public, guest and operational areas in a manner consistent with a superior quality hotel property. This position operates on a rotation of days, afternoons and weekends.
What you'll be doing:
- Performs general day-to-day maintenance of public, Guest and operational areas.
- Responsible for the interior and exterior painting of the property.
- Performs general repairs and overall maintenance to plumbing, electrical equipment and mechanical equipment.
- Responsible for the general outdoor maintenance including snow removal.
- Responsible to respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Minimum two to three (2-3) years experience in maintenance is required
- Experience in a hospitality environment an asset.
- Experience with painting, wallpapering, and large snow removal equipment a must.
- Possesses maintenance troubleshooting ability.
- General mechanical and technical knowledge.
- Must have a valid G driver's licence.
- Ability to work shift work as needed (Days, Afternoons and Weekends)
