The Beyak Automotive Group consists of Dryden GM, Sunset Country Ford, Fort Frances GM, the Fort Frances Collision Centre and Sioux Lookout GM. With over 130 dedicated employees between locations, this is your opportunity to join our team!

The Manager in Training Program is designed to be a transitional role that provides management level training in all departments of our automotive dealerships in preparation for a full time management role within the organization. Suitable candidates will exhibit the following:

• Detail oriented mindset in order to effectively communicate and adapt to different departments within the organization
• Strong organizational skills to effectively remain on task while balancing multiple duties
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop meaningful relationships with customers and staff members
• Ability to exhibit professionalism, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Desire and ambition to work and lead in a fast paced environment
• Regular travel required to each dealership location

Remuneration will be based on qualifications. The successful candidate will receive an excellent compensation package and benefit plan, in addition to a retirement savings plan.
