We are looking for a Manufacturing Associates to join our team and help us create quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, assembling components, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setting and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner.
- Perform quality control checks on products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow detailed instructions for assembly of products.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other team members.
- Assist with inventory control.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
