Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant to join our All-Star team! This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and learn what it takes to launch products and delight customers. As Cove’s marketing assistant, you will be responsible for aiding in the implementation of our marketing strategy and ensuring we deliver an exceptional brand experience You will be working closely with both the Marketing and Sales Team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Sampling and product distribution with local warehouse product pickups
• Shipping tasks including sourcing proper packaging materials and scheduling pickups, deliveries of products to key people or events
• Customer experience tasks including sending thank you cards and promotional material to customers and fans
• Event coordination including product drop off and in-field sampling activation
• Assisting in content creation and filming when needed
• Assisting with development of sales collateral and promotional materials

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Brand ambassador and content experience is an asset
• Design and video editing experience is an asset
• Must own a vehicle
• Must be able to lift larger items when required (up tp 50 lbs)

Additional Information

• Minimum of 15 hrs/week to maximum of 20 hrs/week
• There is flexibility in days/time for working as long as work is completed when required.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20/hourly rate
• Mileage to be provided
