What you’ll do:
You will support the Independent Fuel Brands Manager with leading the mid to long-term Independent Fuel Brands and marketing strategy for FCL and the CRS. You will plan, develop, implement, manage, and coordinate marketing efforts and play a critical role in ensuring that the independent fuel marketing program delivers on projects and initiatives that drive business performance.

• You will co-ordinate the development of a 52-week Independent Fuel Brands integrated marketing calendar reflecting FCL’s independent sales promotions intended for retail adoption to drive revenue, market share, and margin increases.
• You will ensure plans are coordinated and aligned with consumer-focused marketing initiatives by using all available data sources then measuring and analyzing results and working to continuously improve effectiveness.
• You will communicate digital marketing projects to independent dealers, FCL Marketing teams, FCL Zones, third-party vendors, and local co-ops to execute centrally planned promotions efficiently and effectively.
• You will create and review benchmarks for marketing projects and branding strategies on a continual basis.
• You will facilitate the development, coordination, and implementation of various marketing projects and campaigns in other areas of FCL Marketing.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant area.
• You have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant retail marketing, public relations, or communications experience. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
• You’re familiar with Retail marketing from within the Co-operative Retailing System.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in collaboration, building relationships, and value the perspectives of others.
