Responsibilities

• Process and completes the night audit according to Delta standards
• Prints and verify end of day reports
• Responsible for balancing the revenue and transactions which occurred during the day
• Check-ins and check-outs of guests in accordance with hotel standards in an efficient and friendly manner as well as verifying method of payment
• Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and general information accurately and in a timely manner
• Resolving guests complains and concerns as well as acknowledging guests in the lobby
• Ensuring communication between different shifts and departments
• Acts as property security overnight to ensure the safety and security of our guests and facilities
• Deal with guest requests and/or issues in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
• Follows the policies and procedures and all brand standards as outlined by Delta
• Reports all concerns to management relating to maintenance, health and safety, security or suspicious circumstances
• Perform all other duties as assigned or directed by management.
• "Opera" experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.60-$22.60 per hour
