Connect is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team in Kelowna!

We work as an extension of the client’s team, to strategize, design, develop, analyze, and implement solutions that deliver value.


The Role:
As a Client Success Representative, you play an integral role in the business, working closely with our valued clients on a day-to-day basis and providing support to retain their business and help it grow. This role acts as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.


If you have:


  • Initiative and are highly self motivated to succeed
  • An understanding of the importance of concierge-like client service
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively
  • Knowledge of Telecom or IT services is an asset


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma considered an asset
  • Strong sense of resilience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
  • Experience in general office administration
  • Product knowledge in Telecom, managed IT services and software development is considered an asset
  • Proactive and goal oriented
  • Experience with CRM databases considered an asset
  • Strong time management and organization skills

Key responsibilities include:


  • Maintaining and updating files and records
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
  • Using office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and computers
  • Organizing travel for individuals or teams
  • Arranging appointments and managing calendars
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and issuing checks
