Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Onsite)

Duration: part time

Job Description:

  • Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Seasoned with Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Good understanding of Procurement , Facilities, Security and Travel processes
  • Strong network of vendors and service providers with extraordinary vendor mgmt skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
  • Hands on to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with proactive process improvisation approach
  • Self-motivated and ability to independently drive the admin initiatives
  • Good knowledge of local compliances
  • Proficiency in MS Office , Communication ( Written & Verbal )
  • Ready to work in multiple time zones

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

  • Ottawa, ON K0A 2Z0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
