- You must be Passionate, Confident, Stylish, and Professional. You must have a minimum of ONE YEAR previous OPTICAL retail experience with strong customer service skills, and strong english comunication skills.
- MUST HAVE GOOD SALES SKILLS*********
- Duities include:
- collecting patient insurance information
- preparing patient files, collect health information
- perform diagnostic tests, communicate with doctors, front desk and optical teams. Assist the optometrist and optical team with frame selections, lens selection and measurements.
- Work with our labs to order lenses, verify prescriptions and dispense glasses and contact lenses. Assist patients with frame adjustments and repairs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, suppliers and our patients.
- Maintain regular and professional attendance , punctuality, personal appearance and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
Salary: (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday 1-7pm
- Tuesday 10-5 pm
- wed 10-5 pm
- Thu 1-7 pm
- Sat 10-4 pm
