Responsibilities:

• Communicating with legal administrative assistants and lawyers to manage client files
• Assigning appropriate work to legal administrative assistants
• Drafting motions, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence
• Interviewing clients and witnesses
• Maintaining records, notes, and electronic files
• Preparing for trials
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience with Amicus Attorney and Primafact is a bonus
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Professional and amicable demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
