Summary
Note: This position will require on-site presence.

Note: This is a Support regular part-time position (up to 24 hours per week).

Duties: Reporting to the Associate Dean, the incumbent provides support for the academic and administrative functions of the Simcoe/Norfolk Regional Campus. Duties include reception, customer service, registration, data entry, and back-up to various areas of the campus during peak times as needed. This position may also support special projects and other initiatives at the campus.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service focused role; preferably in a post-secondary environment
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Excellent computer (MS Office), communications, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
