Part Time Operations Administrator Job at Leavitt Machinery

We are currently looking for a remote Part-Time Administrator to add to our Operator Training Team! The main responsibility of this position is to support the department through regular data entry, billing, and supporting various teams throughout the department. Other duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Data entry and use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX
  • Answering incoming general enquiries
  • Coordinating the transfer of inventory between branches
  • Booking travel and accommodations as needed
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Additional tasks as needed to for successful day to day operations

The Ideal Candidate

If you enjoy Business Operations and administrative duties this may be the right position for you! Your ability to be a self-starter and maintain effective communication and superior customer service during your busy day will be essential to your success! Our ideal candidate will also obtain the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years working in an administrative role, or a Business Administration diploma, or related, is required
  • Must be highly organized, and detailed-oriented
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Accounting Programs is an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • CRM: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cambridge, ON
