Performance Mercedes Benz is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in St. Catharines. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong customer service skills while performing in a fast paced environment.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Answer parts-related phone calls.
  • Receive parts and maintain inventory accuracy and overall organization in the parts room.
  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the parts department, including sales, tower operations, inventory, promoting sales of parts and ensuring consistent flow of parts to customers.

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years experience in Automotive Parts is an asset.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy parts (up to 50lbs).
  • Be personable, honest, and hardworking.
  • Strong computer and number skills.
  • Be able to multitask and manage incoming phone calls effectively.
  • A proven self-starter who can work under pressure.
  • Previous experience using CDK Software is an asset.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings***

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
