We are looking for a Part-time Sales Associate in the Pro Shop at Westwood Arena (90 Woodbine Downs Blvd, Etobicoke)

The ideal candidate would be someone with retail experience and knowledge of hockey equipment. Skate sharpening skill is an added bonus! Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. You will get 50% off food during your shift!

Job Responsibilities

· Opening and closing the pro shop as per proper procedures

· Actively promote and pro shop products and engage with customers in a courteous manner.

· Perform skate sharpening for customers in a safe manner

· Maintain accurate POS transactions

· Maintain a clean and inviting store

· Maintain proper floor inventory and restock merchandise as required

· Assist the manager with inventory count and data management

Job Requirement

· Previous experience in customer service or retail

· Knowledge of hockey products and equipment

· Skate sharpening experience is preferred. We will also train you.

· Ability to handle POS and cash accurately

· Experience in inventory management is an asset

· A passion for hockey and a desire to serve the hockey community

Salary: $16.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
