Job Description


Responsibilities & Skills

  • Actively manage day-to-day production needs and resourcing for all assigned projects
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish scope, define milestones, and coordinate deliverables to meet launch schedules and sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure web authoring, targeting, analytics, leads, and CRM are appropriately maintained and integrated across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain timelines for all assigned productions.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project needs, progress, and changes.
  • Organize internal team meetings for briefs and internal reviews.
  • Facilitate daily updates of project statuses for internal teams.

  • Traffic and manage on-spec asset delivery to internal teams and vendors.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with internal team members, vendors and freelancers.
  • Contribute to the studio culture through innovation and thought leadership.

Qualifications
  • 4 years or more in a production or project management role
  • Comprehensive understanding of web development from brief to launch and postlaunch product enhancement.
  • Toolkit of project management skills including timeline management, resourcing, conflict control, risk assessment, and team communication
  • Experienced planner who can balance multiple projects simultaneously in a creative design environment.
  • A positive, calm, and organized approach to problem-solving in tandem with team members.
  • Analytics, targeting, lead tracking or CRM experience considered an asset.
  • Auto and/or retail advertising experience is considered an asset.
