Production Supervisor - Evening Shift Job at TANK TRADERS

Look no further! We are looking for someone who will thrive with a positive attitude as our Evening Shift Supervisor for our Bowmanville facility. This individual will be a key member of our production team as take a hands-on approach with the production team throughout day-to-day operations.
Day in the Life:
- 90% of this role requires working actively alongside team members in the production process
- Working with Cell Leaders, and team members to ensure daily requirements are met
- Actively involved in Production Planning
- Deliver ongoing training for all policies and procedures to employees
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety within in the workplace
- Provide employees training on specific tasks to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality & safety requirements
