Production Worker / Assembly Worker
Day Shift – Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm
MUST be flexible to rotate if needed
We are currently hiring Assembly Workers and Production workers in Ancaster. We are looking for dedicated, driven, and hardworking individuals who are looking to grow with a young company.

What We Are Looking For:
- Team player
- Flexibility with schedule – able to work rotating shifts as needed.
- Have basic mathematical skills to calculate measurements
- Prior experience in the steel industry is considered an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift up to and including 50 lbs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing cleaning operations when required using chipping hammer or grinder to remove burn-through and spatter
- Utilize overhead crane to lift within capacity of crane
- Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
- Previous experience with production welding or tack welding
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
