With three modern Egg Hatching facilities in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba our hatcheries supply chicks to all of the family run farms that ship back to Sunrise Farms. Attention to detail by our hatchery management staff ensures the healthiest quality chicks are delivered to our family run farms
Fraser Valley Chick Sales, in Abbotsford is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Full Time Day Shift Production Laborer's (4.30am – 3:00pm.) 4 x 10 hours shift on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (with overtime required when needed)
Starting wage of $18.36/hr with a $1/hr increase after 3 months. Scheduled raises until job rate ($23.20) has been achieved.
The successful candidates should have the following abilities and qualifications:
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Physically fit
Strong team player, as well the ability to work on your own
Interest in continued learning
Proven safe work record
Stable employment history
Ability to work around machinery and in manufacturing environment
Willingness to work a flexible work schedule when business needs dictate
