Batrik Medical Manufacturing Inc., part of The Surgmed™ Group of Companies, specializes in the manufacturing of endoscopy accessories, enzymatic solutions, infection control, and surgical devices. Our production facility is HEPA filtered clean and controlled manufacturing environment.

As a Production Worker Team Lead at Surgmed, you will ensure standard operating procedures are followed, as well as assembling products into finished goods in a newly build production facility. This role doesn’t require previous experience and is easy to perform.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Assembling products and components into finished goods.
• Operating production equipment
• Adhere to daily production Standard Operating Procedures
• Initiate production as work orders
• Log reports of production and maintenance of equipment
• Quality control of in process and finished goods
• Monitor the proper cleaner room and production floor protocols are followed when entering or exiting
• Monitor Team performance, Train and communicate observations & concerns to supervisor
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Demonstrate Core Values throughout the team
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
• Building and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Able to communicate in French and English
• Demonstrates leadership skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, and complete tasks in a timely manner

Special requirements:

The controlled medical manufacturing environment requires:

• Wearing hairnets, beard nets and shoe covers (all provided).
• Free of makeup, nail polish and perfumes.

Working hours:

• 35 hours a week
• 4:00pm-11:30pm Monday to Thursday
• 3:30am-11:00pm Fridays
