As part of the Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team, you will implement strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales and program execution teams.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven ability driving process improvement projects and leading project implementations
  • Six Sigma, SDLC, and Project management certification a plus
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, and change management
  • Experience working with sales channels and on global projects that include country-specific requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Technologically curious with a strong understanding of relevant technology concepts
  • Take independent ownership of your respective area and appropriately prioritize your work

Description

As program manager BPR, you will lead the Canadian implementation of technology projects from business requirements, design, business readiness, testing, and implementation. You will lead all aspects of projects from a high level but also deep dive and be hands-on as needed. - Elicit requirements/user stories/use cases from subject matter experts and collaborate on solution and architecture design processes with WW Sales BPR teams to ensure Canadian requirements are met. - Ensure business teams and partners are involved and prepared for system and process changes, including the planning and delivery of training required for knowledge transfer. - Partner with Sales, Finance Operations, and Sales Planning & Operations teams to identify, research, and solve business problems and lead process improvements, assessments, and application development initiatives. - Recommend process innovation and efficiencies through process analysis, user experience, observations, industry groundbreaking technology and process improvement initiatives to deliver extraordinary customer-centric solutions. - Negotiate with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and get results without compromising the quality of deliverables.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree a plus
