Vous serez responsable d’effectuer la programmation de machines-outils à commande numérique (CNC) et de fournir la documentation pertinente (feuille de montage, liste d’outils, etc…). Les types d’équipements sont très variés (tour, fraiseuse, rectifieuse, EDM, robotique). Vous devrez être en mesure de mener les mises à l’épreuve sur le plancher (tool prove) en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de production et minimiser le nombre d’itérations. Vous devrez aussi fournir le support technique afin de résoudre les problématiques au quotidien (troubleshooting / support production). Finalement, vous pourrez être impliqué au niveau de certains projets de développement, d’amélioration continue et vous pourrez développer vos connaissances et expertise à tous les niveaux.

Qualifications requises :

Diplôme d’études collégial dans un domaine pertinent

3-7 ans d’expérience pertinente en programmation machine CNC

Multi-axes / 5-axes un atout

Maîtrise de Catia V5 un atout

Maîtrise de Vericut un atout

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)

Travail d’équipe, autonomie, sens de l’initiative, communication, focus résultats.

Habileté à naviguer, consulter et comprendre la documentation technique

You will be responsible for programming CNC machine tools and providing the relevant documentation (assembly sheet, tool list, etc.). The types of equipment are very varied (lathe, milling machine, grinder, EDM, robotics). You should be able to conduct tool proving in close collaboration with production staff and minimize the number of iterations. You will also need to provide technical support in order to resolve everyday problems (troubleshooting / production support). Finally, you can be involved in certain development and continuous improvement projects and you can develop your knowledge and expertise at all levels.

Qualifications required :

College diploma in a relevant field

5-7 years of relevant experience in CNC machine programming

5 axis programming an asset

Proficiency with Catia V5 an asset

Proficiency with Vericut an asset

Fluency in French and English (oral and written);

Teamwork, autonomy, sense of initiative, communication, focus on results.

Ability to navigate, consult and understand technical documentation
