About the Opportunity

Our administrative assistant is responsible for providing exceptionally friendly client support while getting stuff done.

This is a permanent, part-time role that is responsible for: welcoming & onboarding clients, working with tight deadlines, managing legal documents, invoicing clients, collecting payments, providing assistance to our bookkeepers, and minor office upkeep.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and be a part of creating new work procedures and systems.

About You

Our ideal team member will have exceptional communication skills, be able to manage unpleasant & stressful situations, be mentally strong, and enjoy a dynamic work environment.

Strong computer skills, being comfortable using multiple software programs, and being eligible for a CRA MyAccount (being a Canadian Resident who has filed a tax return) will be needed for success in this role.
