NW Electrical Solutions is seeking a Receptionist/Office assistant, if you like to interact with customers and staff, who has good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and enjoys multi-tasking then this is the place for you.

Assisting – Scheduling procedures and administrative support under the direction of the Office Manager.

Promote Integrity, Safety, Quality, teamwork, open lines of communication and a positive atmosphere for employees.

Demonstrate Strong knowledge and understanding of office practices and business governance in accordance with NW Electrical Solutions Ltd business objectives.

Provide support to employees, customers, vendors, and the NW Electrical Solutions Ltd team as required

RESPONSIBILITIES

General

  • Answering phone calls in a positive manner, dealing with queries from the public and customers
  • Handling customer & vendor communication in an effective, efficient, and positive manner
  • Service department workorder management, and employee daily project scheduling and organization of team members daily tasks
  • Setting up work orders and assigning them to appropriate service team member
  • After service communications with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services
  • Office document filing and general administrative tasks and electronic document and records maintenance
  • Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required, carries out his/her duties in accordance with the office managers procedures and processes
  • Executes his/her duties in accordance with the business priorities as set by operations manager
  • Maintains strong relationship with peers, subordinates and communicates regularly
  • Comply with all company memos
  • Participate as an active member of the company OH&S program, implements changes/corrective actions
  • Assist employees in understanding and administering company rules and regulation

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in reception and office administration: 1 year (preferred)
  • MS office and general knowledge of email communications
  • Knowledge of general office principles and procedures
  • Additional software experience in Field Promax, and Quickbooks (preferred)
