Welcome to Healing Point Massage Therapy! I started this clinic with helping people in mind - I’m passionate about what I do, and it’s allowed me to grow my practice in St. Albert!

Over the past four years, I’ve been able to grow a clinic where we are able to help a wide variety of clients heal and feel their very best! In addition to offering Massage therapy, my practice has grown to include Manual Osteopathy and Acupuncture.

We are located on Liberton Drive in St. Albert in the Liberton Medical Center, so we are very easy to find and for our clients to get to.

As we grow our vision is to help 10,000 people in the next five years, and as such, we need therapists to help us bring this vision to fruition! We would love you to join our cohesive team where our clients are top priority!

Position Qualifications:

  • Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with recognized RMT association
  • Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred
  • 1+ years' experience as a professional massage therapist
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Ability to perform massages on diverse clients
  • Positive, focused, punctual, deadline driven, resilient and a team first attitude

Duties may include:

  • Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
  • Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used
  • Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
  • Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or wellness maintenance
  • Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
  • Massage Therapy in various modalities (Deep Tissue, Relaxation) with training in Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Graston Technique, or other modalities an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

Salary: From $36,054.00 per year
