We are looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our growing team in Cambridge! Experience within the property restoration industry would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Removal of damaged building materials, such as carpet and drywall
• Moving and shifting content, such as furniture, within damaged properties
• General and final cleaning tasks, following property damages losses such as sewer backup and fires
• Setting up equipment, including dehumidifiers, large fans, additional drying and deodorizing equipment
• Take moisture readings
• Mould remediation
• Communicating daily status of jobs with management

Requirements

• Must be able to handle repetitive tasks and physically demanding work
• Must deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be able to work in a team environment and have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work after hours for “on-call” shifts (this is a weekly on-call rotation) Time and a half can apply
• Must be willing to commute to the Cambridge office each workday
• The understanding of basic principles for restoration emergency work or mould remediation would be considered an asset, however it is not necessary. Training is available for all tasks related with this position
• High School Diploma
• Clean Criminal Record
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
