We are a retail store specializing in home appliances, furniture, and TVs, and we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling appliances, furniture, and TVs to customers in our store.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Greeting customers and identifying their needs
• Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets
• Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty
• Participating in online training and communication with customers via email and other online channels
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals
• Maybe going on deliveries for setting up products (if required)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in selling home appliances and furniture
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as three weekdays
• Comfortable with online communication and technology
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
