Colour Sense is an independently owned Benjamin Moore dealer, we currently have three retail locations in Markham, Richmond Hill and North York (you will be required and be flexible to work at the different locations).

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Learn the business on the front lines serving customers and building relationships with our clients
  • Flexible to work all scheduled hours, your work hours will be based on business needs (including weekends)
  • Provide advice to customers on various products and applications
  • Exceptional listening skills and able to empathize customer's needs
  • Tint, mix and colour match paint by following correct formulas
  • Assist with merchandising and setting up displays for promotions
  • Able to operate basic software including Point of Sales, Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet, etc.
  • Responsible for store's cleanliness, organization and ensuring merchandise is well stocked
  • Responsible to process incoming, outgoing and online paint orders efficiently
  • Actively taking on more responsibilities, initiatives and self driven to grow

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Bilingual: English (mandatory). Chinese or Farsi speaking is an asset
