Seasonal Onsite Catering & Concession Working Supervisor
Seasonal Position – April to October 30th

- Ability to use credit/debit machines and POS system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Be prepared to work some irregular hours
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hiring and training of all food and beverage staff (counter staff, cooks, catering staff, etc.)
- Schedule staff based on business volumes maintaining appropriate labour costs
- Position is very hands on with extensive interaction with staff and customers during events
- Responsible for ordering product and maintaining inventory par levels – must be able to plan based on business volumes and catered events taking place
- Ensure the Trackside Grill and Concession Stands are properly stocked with inventory as required
- Food preparation within trackside grill and catering for events – groups of 20-300
- Catering menu development to work within client’s budgets while not compromising on quality
- Responsible for providing lunches and dinners for weekend track event staff
- Implement, adhere to and raise the bar for CTMP quality standards in both food preparation and presentation
- Enforces company cash handling procedures and keeps records of all sales via a POS system
