What will your typical day look like?

You will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out Privacy & Confidentiality Impact Assessments on new assets, technologies, and processes.
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager accountable for Impact Assessments;
  • Representing the Privacy & Confidentiality Office in discussions with stakeholders;
  • Promoting responsible use of data and implementing Privacy by Design principles; and
  • Supporting internal reporting requirements.

The Deloitte Privacy and Confidentiality Office (PCO) mission is to enable Deloitte’s strategic success through the responsible use of data. By strengthening Deloitte’s culture of confidentiality, we look to protect, preserve, and enhance the Deloitte brand with everything we do. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

  • Completed an undergraduate university degree
  • At least 3 years of applicable work experience, with strong preference given to candidates with experience in privacy, data governance, legal, risk management or professional services
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and business acumen
  • Demonstrated project management, organization skills, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Demonstrated confidence in unstructured environments, particularly in managing time and priorities;
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant privacy designation (e.g. certified Information Privacy Professional / Manager / Technologist)
