Server Job at Hong Kong House Restaurant
Hong Kong House Restaurant is looking for a reliable and responsible person to be part of our team.
Job and Duty:
- Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take orders and relay to kitchen staffs
- Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare and serve specialty foods
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Present bill and accept payment
- Balance cash and record sales
- May perform sensory evaluation of wines.
- May perform supervisory duties when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
